Role Overview

This full-time, on-site position in Worcester, MA is for a Cannabis Cultivator. The role is hands-on and centered on supporting plant health from early growth through harvest while contributing to day-to-day cultivation operations.

Work Schedule

The shift runs from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM and includes one weekend day each week. The schedule is presented as consistent from week to week.

Compensation

The pay rate for this role is $18 per hour.

Employees receive full-time benefits after 90 days, including medical, dental, vision, life, and accident insurance. Paid time off becomes available after 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cannabis plants through every stage of growth.
• Perform watering, pruning, feeding, and treatment applications as required.
• Train and shape plants to support healthy development and better yields.
• Prepare grow rooms and keep them clean and sanitized.
• Assist with research and development tasks as well as other cultivation-related work.

Requirements

• Applicants must be at least 21 years old.
• A high school diploma or an equivalent credential is required.
• Physical fitness is necessary, including the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Candidates should be comfortable standing, walking, and using their hands for extended periods.
• The role calls for the ability to follow directions, maintain concentration, and work well in a team setting.
• Basic computer proficiency is needed, including Word, Excel, and labeling software.
• Applicants should be willing to work in hot, humid, or noisy conditions and around dust, chemicals, and bright lighting.

• A genuine interest in plants and horticulture is preferred.
• Being dependable, adaptable, and eager to learn will help in this role.
