It focuses on delivering timely campus news, event promotions, placement and internship alerts, and academic materials to learners. Partnered with 360° Exam Prep, the platform provides free educational content such as past exam questions, essential questions, and quick revision guides tailored for university, competitive, and board examinations. It acts as an all-in-one resource for academic assistance, extracurricular engagement, and career opportunities.

Role Overview

The Campus Manager position is a full-time, on-premises role located in Chandigarh. The individual will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the community, which includes collecting and disseminating current campus information, advertising student events and organizations, and facilitating placement and internship communications. This role requires close collaboration with students, faculty members, and various university departments to maintain accuracy and timeliness of information relayed to the community.

Additional tasks include curating educational resources in collaboration with 360° Exam Prep, supporting students with academic and campus activity inquiries, managing feedback mechanisms, sustaining an engaged presence on campus, and actively participating in strategies to expand the CU Updates platform.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication abilities encompassing writing, oral, and interpersonal skills.
• Competence in campus management and organizational capabilities to efficiently coordinate events, updates, and partnerships.
• Proven customer service aptitude for handling student queries, resolving concerns, and offering guidance.
• Knowledge and experience related to education and training to assist students with academic resource navigation and exam preparation.
• Additional assets include prior involvement in student leadership or campus activities, proficiency with social media and digital community engagement, teamwork skills for diverse collaboration, and strong problem-solving and time management expertise.
