Cabin Crew Member - Dubai Based with Relocation Support

Role Overview

We seek charismatic individuals with the ability to adapt effortlessly and provide comfort to passengers aboard Emirates flights. As the face representing Emirates, you'll be responsible for assisting customers with guidance and support throughout their journey. This role surpasses traditional service positions by prioritizing passenger safety and managing aircraft services and security with confidence, supported by advanced training at Emirates' Dubai facility.

Qualifications and Experience

• More than one year of experience in hospitality or customer service roles.
• Proven positive demeanor, strong teamwork skills, and the ability to serve culturally diverse passengers with excellent service.
• Minimum educational requirement of high school graduation (Grade 12).
• Fluency in both written and spoken English is mandatory.
• Minimum height of 160 cm, with the ability to reach 212 cm when standing on tiptoes to access emergency equipment on any aircraft.
• No visible tattoos while wearing the Emirates cabin crew uniform without any camouflage through cosmetics or bandages.
• Eligibility to relocate and work in Dubai, meeting all UAE employment visa requirements.

Compensation and Benefits

• Fixed monthly base salary of AED 4,980.
• Flight operation hourly pay at AED 69.60, averaging 80-100 hours per month.
• Typical total monthly remuneration around AED 11,244 (approximately USD 3,100, EUR 2,600, GBP 2,280) for Grade II Economy Class cabin crew.
• Meal allowances for overnight stays credited monthly in arrears.
