  • Manage the end-to-end creation, updates, and closure of purchase orders in alignment with approved requests and procurement rules.
  • Verify that purchase orders are correct in terms of pricing, quantity, terms, and coding, and work with requesters and suppliers to fix mismatches.
  • Review open PO reports and push closure of outdated or inactive purchase orders.
  • Oversee supplier invoice intake and ensure invoices are received, checked, and matched correctly using 2-way or 3-way matching.
  • Work with Accounts Payable to resolve invoice exceptions, mismatches, and payment-related questions.
  • Track invoice processing time and improve delays, bottlenecks, and error rates.
  • Support supplier onboarding and keep vendor master records accurate.
  • Administer contract approval routing so agreements go to the right approvers based on the delegation of authority matrix.
  • Track contract approvals, escalate delays, and maintain a complete audit trail.
  • Manage the contract repository, including important dates, renewals, and expiry reminders.
  • Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and internal stakeholders to keep approvals moving.
  • Own BI dashboards and reporting deliverables, giving leadership and stakeholders visibility into procurement operations.
  • Set the roadmap for dashboards and reports, prioritizing requests based on business needs.
  • Ensure reports are accurate, current, well-maintained, and supported by clear definitions and a single trusted data source.
  • Monitor data quality across procurement systems that feed reporting and analytics.
  • Turn operational data into insights and recommendations such as spend visibility, cycle time analysis, exception trends, and supplier performance.
  • Partner with Finance, IT, and Data teams on data models, system integrations, and BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
  • Lead people through empowerment and accountability by coaching, modeling Microsoft values, and supporting team growth.
  • Define team goals and outcomes, help the team work across boundaries, and enable learning and adaptation.
  • Attract, retain, and develop talent by understanding individual strengths and aspirations.
  • Lead through change by creating clarity, building energy, and driving results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in program management, process management, process improvement, operations, procurement, or a related discipline.
  • At least 6 years of people management experience, with strong cross-cultural awareness.
