  • Drive sales to targeted new accounts across selected channels and categories.
  • Identify and secure promising new customer accounts.
  • Negotiate and finalise plans in line with company policies and budgets.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business outcomes.
  • Own the profit and loss responsibility for a portfolio of categories.
  • Take an active role in managing day-to-day contract manufacturing relationships, where applicable.
  • Manage the IBP process for the assigned portfolio.
  • Work with accounts and internal teams to create tailored product solutions and joint business plans.
  • Track performance and implement corrective action when needed.
  • Share forecasting updates, pipeline opportunities, new product developments, and pricing information with key internal stakeholders.
