Role overview
This permanent full-time role is based in Adelaide, South Australia, and sits within a fast-growing technology solutions business. The company provides enterprise software and HR technology offerings across Australia.
The position calls for a seasoned business development professional who can originate new opportunities, engage confidently with senior decision-makers, and guide complex sales processes from early outreach through to successful close. You’ll need a commercial mindset, strong executive presence, and the ability to juggle several active opportunities while working in partnership with technical and delivery teams to achieve strong client results.
Australian working rights are mandatory for this position, and sponsorship is not available.
Key responsibilities
- Create and progress new business opportunities across enterprise and government markets.
- Develop trusted relationships with senior executives and C-level stakeholders.
- Build strategic sales pipelines and manage several concurrent opportunities.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to support successful implementation and client outcomes.
- Lead solution-led sales discussions spanning SaaS, HR technology, HCMS, and IT services.
What we’re looking for
- Demonstrated success selling enterprise software, SaaS, or technology solutions.
- Solid background in business development and outbound prospecting/cold calling.
- Commercial awareness, along with strong written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
- Comfort working independently in a customer-facing role.
