Key Responsibilities

• Identify new growth opportunities, experiment with innovative collaboration models, and implement proven concepts.
• Build automated, digital systems for systematic partner identification and lead generation.
• Analyze and transform existing processes into efficient, scalable workflows to minimize manual tasks.
• Design dashboards and analytics frameworks to measure performance and detect bottlenecks early.

Candidate Profile

• Strategic thinker with entrepreneurial drive and a talent for spotting new markets and sustainable collaboration models; motivated to independently develop growth strategies from the ground up.
• Committed to process excellence and scale-up mentality, striving to simplify complexity, reduce bureaucracy, and create scalable operations.
• Strong analytical leadership skills with enthusiasm for data architectures, dashboards (e.g., Excel, Airtable), CRM systems such as Salesforce, and modern automation tools.
• Proactive and solution-oriented professional with several years' experience in business development, operations, or growth management within dynamic environments like scale-ups or tech companies.
