Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth research on prospective clients using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and internal CRM data supported by advanced tools and marketing/admin support.
  • Initiate outreach to potential clients including business owners, CEOs, directors, COOs, GMs, marketing heads, and sales directors.
  • Arrange initial and further discovery meetings to identify client business nature, growth opportunities, and alignment with Resonate’s offerings, engaging senior leadership and relevant experts when needed.
  • Create and co-deliver tailored solution presentations using existing templates and collaboration with delivery heads.
  • Prepare proposals, secure signed contracts, record comprehensive notes from discovery sessions, and hand over information to the delivery team.

Mandatory Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 2 years proven achievement in B2B sales roles.
  • Strong persistence and resilience when facing rejection.
  • High intelligence, creativity, and ability to simplify complex information.
  • Excellent emotional intelligence including empathy, perceptiveness, trust-building, and discerning insight.
