Job description
Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to enhance our outreach across engineering colleges by fostering strong ties with students, faculty, placement teams, and college management. This position focuses on establishing and managing partnerships with educational institutes to promote AI training programs.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Engage with engineering colleges, universities, and similar educational bodies to establish connections.
- Communicate with HODs, faculty, placement officers, training and placement cells, and college administrators.
- Present and coordinate AI-related workshops, seminars, bootcamps, hackathons, contests, and technical events.
- Develop sustainable partnerships for recurring academic programs and student activities.
- Drive lead generation and convert prospects into enrollment for AI courses, internships, and workshops.
- Perform student outreach within campuses and via online platforms.
- Promote brand initiatives and events on social media channels like Instagram, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
- Collaborate with internal teams responsible for training and marketing to ensure smooth execution of college events.
- Organize and manage AI-focused hackathons, competitions, meetups, and student communities.
- Maintain regular follow-up with college contacts and student prospects.
- Keep detailed records of college contacts, leads, meetings, event opportunities, and conversions.
- Consistently meet monthly goals related to partnerships, workshops, enrollments, and overall business development.
