The firm is actively expanding its B2B partnerships within Bangalore.
Role Summary
The Business Development Associate position entails identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships with healthcare and residential institutions, and enhancing INurse Healthcare's footprint in hospitals, clinics, and community-based settings across Bangalore. The ideal candidate is a driven, target-oriented professional capable of building meaningful relationships, converting leads into partnerships, and implementing growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities within healthcare and residential sectors.
- Establish collaborations with hospitals, diagnostic and rehabilitation centers, physiotherapy units, clinics, and healthcare institutions.
- Engage with residential complexes, gated communities, senior living facilities, and elder care homes for partnership prospects.
- Acquire qualified leads via field visits, networking, referrals, and digital outreach; maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with doctors, physiotherapists, hospital administrators, nursing superintendents, clinic proprietors, and healthcare decision-makers.
- Regularly follow up with referral partners to sustain and grow business relationships.
- Conduct field sales visits throughout Bangalore and represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
- Monitor competitor actions, market trends, and newly emerging opportunities to strengthen market positioning.
- Plan and implement B2B marketing campaigns through physical and online channels to enhance brand awareness.
- Collaborate with internal sales, recruitment, operations, and administration teams to ensure smooth lead conversion and deployment processes.
- Maintain comprehensive reports on business development activities, tracking leads, conversion rates, revenue potentials, and partnership outcomes.
