Business Development Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for motivated individuals up to 40 years of age with prior experience in the insurance sector to join as Business Development Managers. This role focuses on driving sales through both personal target achievement and by recruiting and managing a team of Insurance Agents and Advisors.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets either by direct selling or by building and leading a sales team comprising Insurance Agents and Advisors.
• Maintain and support the current network of Insurance Agents under your supervision.
• Regularly visit Chartered Accountants (CAs), Business Consultants, and multinational corporations to generate new business opportunities.
