About the Role
Credmilon Fintec Solutions invites enthusiastic and driven individuals to join its expanding Real Estate Sales Team as Business Development Executives based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with prospective clients and support them through the sales journey of residential projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate contact and continuously follow up with potential customers.
- Clearly communicate project specifications and facilitate site visits.
- Identify and qualify potential sales leads.
- Guide customers in choosing residential properties that best meet their needs.
- Liaise effectively with builders and channel partners.
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships ensuring consistent follow-ups.
- Meet set monthly sales and site visit objectives.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduates or those currently pursuing undergraduate degrees are eligible.
- Open to both entry-level candidates and those with prior experience.
- Possess strong communication and negotiation capabilities.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm for sales and interacting with customers.
- Familiarity with the Bengaluru real estate market is advantageous but not mandatory.
Compensation and Benefits
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from 15000 to 45000 INR depending on experience and performance.
