Business Development Executive

Role overview

Crontle Technologies is hiring a Business Development Executive to help expand its client base and support growth across domestic as well as international markets. The company works across web development, mobile apps, UI/UX design, digital marketing, automation, AI integration, cloud services, and IT consulting.

What you’ll do

• Spot and pursue new business opportunities in India and overseas markets.
• Create qualified leads through outreach, networking, referrals, and online channels.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and current clients.
• Understand client needs and suggest the right technology services and solutions.
• Draft proposals, presentations, and persuasive business pitches.
• Oversee the sales journey from first contact through to project closure.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and a positive client experience.
• Work toward revenue goals and contribute to overall business expansion.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
• Solid familiarity with IT services, software development, digital marketing, SaaS, or other technology-based solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Capability to build long-term client relationships and manage trust effectively.
• Demonstrated history of meeting sales and revenue targets.
• Self-driven, target-focused, and motivated by growth.
• Exposure to LinkedIn outreach, Upwork, Freelancer, Clutch, and similar lead-generation platforms will be an advantage.
