  • Keep CRM tools such as Salesforce and Salesloft updated so pipeline tracking and campaign performance remain accurate.
  • Use email, phone, social media, and other channels to run coordinated multi-touch outreach sequences.
  • Develop a healthy sales pipeline by focusing on high-potential SaaS accounts for the sales team.
  • Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and partner events to grow the network and uncover new opportunities.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth lead transfer and aligned messaging.
