Role Summary
This position is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Consultant focused on discovering and developing new business opportunities within Ireland and the UK markets. The consultant will target companies needing recruitment assistance and businesses aiming to enter or broaden presence in the Italian market. Promoting both Hireland HR's recruitment service portfolio and PEOITALY's employment and HR outsourcing solutions to potential clients will be key responsibilities. The role demands active prospecting, client needs analysis, tailored proposal creation, contract negotiations, and cultivating lasting partnerships. Collaboration with internal teams and specialists is critical to delivering integrated solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients throughout Ireland and the UK.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities for recruitment, HR consulting, and market-entry services.
- Build connections with companies intending to establish or grow operations in Italy.
- Conduct meetings to uncover client requirements and present customized solutions.
- Draft proposals, negotiate terms, and assist in closing deals.
- Work closely with Hireland HR recruitment staff and PEOITALY’s HR, legal, and operational experts.
- Accurately manage CRM data and monitor sales performance.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, recruitment, HR services, or consulting preferred.
- Proficiency in lead generation, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A consultative sales approach focused on client needs and solutions.
- Capable of independent work with strong prioritization and goal achievement.
- Competent in using CRM platforms and digital prospecting tools.
- Fluent English required; proficiency in Italian or another European language is a plus.
- A degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or related discipline is advantageous but not mandatory.
