Role Details

This part-time, remote role involves serving as a Business Development Coach responsible for delivering structured coaching and supporting clients developing or growing their online ventures. The position requires guiding clients using established business frameworks, applying personal growth tools, and ensuring values-driven strategic planning.

Key duties include hosting virtual coaching sessions, managing online group workshops, assisting clients in goal formulation, business planning, and execution. Coaches will advise on digital business establishment, basic marketing strategies, audience engagement, and fostering sustainable daily habits that advance both business success and personal wellness.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in coaching, education, personal development, training, or business development.
