Business Consultant

Overview

We are seeking a Business Consultant to support a transformation program aimed at enhancing operational excellence across multiple workstreams within the APAC region. This role serves as a vital link between various stakeholders, ensuring accurate data flow, timely completion of milestones, and resolution of obstacles. It is ideally suited for a motivated junior professional with a consulting background who thrives in dynamic and high-pressure settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and collaborate with the APAC executive leadership to drive decisions related to operational activities and support multiple transformation workstreams to meet milestones and consistently report KPIs.
• Contribute to the organization’s strategic and annual business planning to enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage stakeholder communications among diverse internal teams and external partners, demonstrating experience handling complex, multi-tiered projects while meeting deadlines under pressure.
• Analyze project data to detect early risks and convert raw metrics into actionable insights for informed decision-making by leadership.
• Maintain thorough project documentation to ensure all workstreams align with the overall strategic goals of the transformation effort.
• Conduct research, data analysis, and prepare reports or proposals as required.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT/Computer Science, Engineering, or comparable disciplines, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in consulting, business operations, or commercial transformation, ideally within a Big 4 or similar environment.
• Experience in transformation or project management offices or high-growth scale-up companies where foundational processes were developed.
• Strong business insight with advanced analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, capable of interpreting, analyzing, and organizing data efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication abilities.
