Job description
Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst specializing in Private Banking Transformation to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This role demands expertise in wealth management and banking transformation projects to support our evolving financial services.
Experience and Background
- Minimum of 7 to 10 years’ experience within Private Banking, Wealth Management, Investments, Business Analysis, Product Management, or Banking Transformation.
- Demonstrated experience backing initiatives related to wealth management, advisory services, or investment operations.
- Familiarity with High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) client segments is considered a strong plus.
- Banking consulting or transformation background is highly preferred.
Candidate Profile and Skills
- In-depth knowledge of Private Banking practices, wealth advisory frameworks, and a comprehensive understanding of investment products.
- Proven experience in client analytics, segmentation strategies, detailed business analysis, and thorough requirements elicitation.
- Awareness of portfolio advisory services, wealth lending mechanisms, and digital wealth management capabilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities combined with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated capacity to effectively contribute to growth initiatives and transformation programs.
