Business Analyst – Management Reporting & Analytics

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and sustain management reporting systems to ensure information is precise and relevant.
• Examine data to spot trends, patterns, and insights that support well-informed business decisions.
• Collaborate intimately with the founding team to plan, design, and carry out experiments aimed at accelerating business growth and securing product-market fit.
• Continuously seek improvements in business workflows, enhancing both efficiency and effectiveness.
• Effectively communicate analysis results and strategic suggestions to the wider team, emphasizing practical and actionable conclusions.
• Keep abreast of evolving industry standards and best practices related to analytics and business process management, incorporating innovative approaches when suitable.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within startups or content creation environments.
• Strong analytical capabilities to transform complex datasets into actionable business insights.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Proven ability to independently recognize, learn, and apply new methods and experiments.
• A solid understanding of business and the unique hurdles and prospects facing startup companies.
