Business Analyst Intern

Role overview

This opportunity is suited to someone who is highly analytical, meticulous, and interested in building hands-on business intelligence experience in a fast-paced retail setting. The role centers on handling sales information and turning it into useful business insight.

What you'll do

• Gather, consolidate, and check sales information coming from multiple sources across several beauty brands in the Travel Retail Americas portfolio.
• Study sales outcomes in depth to spot trends, patterns, and differences across brand, region, channel, and product lines.
• Build clear sales reports and dashboards that help the business understand performance and take action.
• Work closely with commercial stakeholders to capture their needs and convert them into analytical deliverables.
• Cleanse and standardize customer data, then load it into the BI platform while maintaining data accuracy.
• Support coordination of back-office tasks among teams in Miami, France, SFO, NY, and IT.
• Contribute ideas for improving information systems and operational tools that can streamline current workflows and support organizational change.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Computer Science is preferred; for Computer Science profiles, experience with SharePoint tools and Power BI is expected.
• Strong command of English is required.
• Knowledge of Spanish and French is considered an advantage.
• The candidate should demonstrate integrity and professionalism.
