Job Responsibilities

• Transport colleagues from accommodation to the hotel and back courteously and safely.
• Keep the bus clean and conduct regular maintenance checks.
• Maintain and update the vehicle logbook accurately.
• Present a smart and well-groomed appearance with a friendly and cheerful attitude at all times.
• Provide routine updates and reports to the Transportation/Employee Services Manager.
• Foster strong relationships with associates and resolve passenger complaints courteously.
• Adhere to required service standards and cooperate closely with departments such as Housekeeping, Engineering, and Food & Beverage.
• Participate in all scheduled training sessions.
• Stay informed about daily activities and be knowledgeable about all hotel facilities.
• Conduct minor vehicle maintenance and servicing as needed, including fueling and scheduled upkeep.
• Prepare trip, accident, and incident reports as required.
• Remain familiar with UAE roads, landmarks, and local traffic regulations, especially within Dubai.
• Coordinate effectively with the Transportation Team Leader and adhere to operational standards.
• Perform any other reasonable duties assigned.

Candidate Qualifications

• Diploma or high school certificate is required.
• 1 to 3 years of experience driving in a 4- or 5-star hotel environment or relevant UAE driving experience.
• Valid UAE driver's license mandatory.
