Job description
Job Overview
This role requires performing a variety of maintenance tasks at the physical site with no remote work option. The candidate must communicate effectively in English and have at least a secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Experience between one and seven months is needed to fulfill the responsibilities effectively.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Make minor adjustments and repairs to HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, calling in trades specialists for major issues.
- Coordinate with contractors for general repairs and upkeep of the facility.
- Carry out small-scale repairs on appliances.
- Conduct routine safety and security inspections.
- Perform maintenance tasks such as painting and drywall patching.
- Operate independently with minimal oversight.
- Manage orders for supplies and keep track of inventory levels.
- Support experienced tradespersons as needed.
