Brand Ambassador

About the Role

Saba Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic and engaging Brand Ambassador to represent a new wellness beverage brand across Ireland. This role demands a spirited individual who is passionate about health, fitness, and wellness culture, with the ability to authentically connect with the community and elevate brand presence through various channels including events, social media, and retail activations.

Key Responsibilities

• Create compelling photo and video content tailored for the brand’s social media channels, including capturing moments from events, retail engagements, and community collaborations.
• Stay current with emerging social media trends and contribute ideas to enhance the brand’s digital footprint using tools like Canva for content creation.
• Oversee management of social media accounts such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and website content, engaging actively with the online community to boost visibility and interaction.
• Coordinate content calendar planning and execution of social media campaigns alongside the marketing team.
• Educate retail partners and sales teams about product benefits and key messaging to ensure consistent brand representation.
• Support sales efforts through conducting tastings and sampling events at key retail locations, fostering strong relationships with retailers and consumers to increase brand awareness and product trials.
• Collaborate with local fitness groups, wellness brands, and community organizations to implement brand activations and support experiential marketing events like pop-ups.
• Identify and initiate new partnership opportunities aligned with the brand’s mission and values.
• Compile and submit monthly reports detailing completed activities, campaign outcomes, successes, and potential areas for growth, including customer and retailer feedback.

Work Environment

This position is both field-based and office-based. The Brand Ambassador will actively engage with consumers in the market through event participation and direct interactions while coordinating closely with the marketing division to plan and assess promotional campaigns and brand activations.

• Comfortable with public speaking and representing the brand in various settings.
• Proficient in social media management and visual content creation.
• Self-driven, organised, and flexible to accommodate evening and weekend event schedules.
• Possession of a full clean driving licence is preferred.
