Job Overview

This position involves overseeing the daily functioning of a bank branch across various locations in Rajasthan. The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing lending, sales, and customer service activities aligned with the bank's objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure smooth daily branch operations including lending, product sales, and customer service as per bank standards.
• Develop business growth strategies for the branch in collaboration with the Cluster Head and lead execution by the branch team to meet revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, specifically the top 10% clientele, to nurture loyal and sustained business.
• Analyze regular reports including overdrawn accounts, temporary overdrafts, cash retention limits, and office accounts to implement proactive measures ensuring profitable and ethical banking.
• Ensure timely compliance with internal and external audit requirements as mandated by policies.
• Maintain adherence to established processes and regulatory guidelines to uphold governance standards.
• Foster a performance-driven work environment to enhance employee motivation and productivity.
• Ensure comprehensive training of all branch staff on banking products, sales methodologies, and internal policies.
• Address and manage any disruptions such as strikes or disturbances, taking necessary action to maintain continuity of branch services.
• Coordinate with cluster and other branch offices to optimize operational efficiency and achievement of business goals.
• Supervise maintenance of branch premises and assets, ensuring safety and security protocols are upheld.
