Billy Bean Fellowship - Baseball Operations Post-Graduate Program

Overview

The Billy Bean Fellowship honors the legacy of Billy Bean by offering a dedicated post-graduate opportunity aimed at high-potential candidates who might not have been reached through traditional baseball recruiting. This fellowship embraces applicants including military veterans and former professional players, providing up to an 18-month immersive experience in various baseball operations functions including major league operations, research and development, baseball analytics, player development, and software engineering.

Selected fellows will participate in professional and career development sessions, benefit from talks by experts, and receive mentorship throughout the duration of their fellowship, equipping them with comprehensive exposure to the baseball operations field.
