Job Description
We are seeking a Billing Executive to join our team on-site in Kolkata. The selected candidate will be responsible for generating bills and managing customer interactions using our billing software. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word along with a fundamental understanding of accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate the billing software (Busy) to raise invoices and maintain billing records, akin to Tally software functionality.
- Handle customer interactions effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing billing-related queries.
- Maintain accurate financial and billing data in accordance with company standards.
Work Schedule
The position requires presence in the office from Monday to Saturday, with Sundays off. Working hours are from 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
