We are looking for a motivated, proactive Bellman (m/f/d) to join our team promptly. Candidates must hold valid work authorization for Germany.

• Ensuring guests have smooth arrival and departure experiences
• Handling guest complaints with the utmost professionalism
• Maintaining positive relations with guests and colleagues alike
• Providing detailed information about the hotel, city, and local area
• Keeping the entrance area tidy and orderly
• Collaborating closely with other hotel departments

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience as a bellman or in a similar hospitality role, preferably in luxury hotels
• Strong hosting skills with a confident and professional demeanor
• Proficiency in both German and English languages
• Flexibility and high dedication
• Excellent manners and a neat, well-groomed appearance
