Role Overview

As a Bell Attendant, you will be responsible for warmly welcoming guests upon arrival and bidding them a friendly farewell upon departure. This role is vital to ensuring an excellent guest service experience. You will act as a guide, hotel ambassador, and provide information to guests. Key duties include managing lobby traffic and assisting guests as needed. Success in this role depends on being highly interactive with guests, adaptable, and having substantial knowledge of hotel operations.
