Role Overview

As a Beauty Expert based at Brown Thomas Galway, you will be the essential face of the brand on the sales floor. Your role revolves around helping customers discover the beauty and confidence they seek through expert artistry, deep product knowledge, and creating emotional connections. You will adapt your techniques to suit individual customer needs while driving sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by merging artistic skills with product expertise.
• Work efficiently to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, fueled by a passion for success.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and management to cultivate a strong teamwork environment.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, sharing product knowledge and beauty expertise with customers.
• Adjust approaches based on varying customer needs and sales opportunities to maximize success.
• Maintain impeccable personal grooming standards aligned with company policies.

Candidate Profile

• Preferably hold an NVQ Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy.
• Prior experience as a sales advisor, ideally in fast-paced sectors such as beauty, retail, or FMCG.
• Deep enthusiasm for the Charlotte Tilbury beauty brand and its innovative approach.
• Experience in makeup application with the ability to tailor styles to diverse clientele.
