About Beanz
Beanz is a prominent coffee technology platform connecting coffee lovers with specialty coffee shops. Operating across the UAE, Oman, Qatar, and Bahrain, the company partners with over 3,000 cafes to offer streamlined pre-ordering, loyalty programs, and digital experiences supporting local coffee shop growth. Now expanding into Saudi Arabia, Beanz seeks motivated recent graduates to contribute to this growth journey.
Role Overview
The Beanz Graduate Program in Sales is a well-structured, practical initiative aimed at ambitious graduates eager to begin careers in sales, business development, and strategic partnerships. This full-time, onsite role located in Dammam provides participants with early responsibility for partnership targets, comprehensive training, and hands-on guidance from senior leadership, paving the way to a permanent Sales and Partnerships position.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and onboarding specialty coffee shops and cafes to the Beanz platform
- Develop relationship-building skills with cafe owners and key stakeholders under mentorship
- Support the presentation of Beanz’s value propositions and customized partnership offers to prospective partners
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and activation of partners
- Monitor and report on sales pipeline activity and partner performance metrics
- Engage in structured learning sessions and regular mentorship meetings throughout the program
Candidate Requirements
- Recent graduate holding a Bachelor’s degree in any field; degrees in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality are advantageous
- Passionate about coffee culture with knowledge of the local Dammam café scene
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation capabilities
- Highly motivated self-starter with a growth-oriented mindset, eager to learn in a dynamic sales environment
- Possession of a valid driving license
- Fluency in Arabic required; proficiency in English is an added benefit
