Responsibilities and Expectations
- Produce beverages and food items following standard recipes or customized customer preferences, including modifications such as ingredient substitutions or temperature changes.
- Adhere to store policies and standards regarding quality, cash handling, safety, and security, accommodating reasonable adjustments if needed.
- Engage with customers effectively by understanding and responding to their needs through clear and courteous communication.
- Perform a variety of tasks throughout shifts to support store operations.
- Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality, including availability during early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Quick learner with the ability to grasp both oral and written instructions, seeking clarification as necessary.
- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills, with an emphasis on relationship building.
