Role Overview
This position is for a Barista responsible for preparing and serving beverages to a high standard, supporting a great customer experience, and keeping the work area tidy and compliant with food safety practices.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve quality drinks and beverages.
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service.
- Keep the counter and workspace clean, orderly, and safe.
- Follow food hygiene and safety standards at all times.
Profile
The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of barista experience, communicate well with people, work effectively as part of a team, and be dependable with strong attention to detail. Skill in latte art will be considered an advantage.
