Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Baker who arrives early (as early as 3AM) to craft the bagels that define our brand. Bakers play a critical role in ensuring product quality, maintaining well-stocked bagel walls and pastry cases, and supporting the team through excellent guest service, including taking orders and making sandwiches. Bakers also help maintain a clean and safe store environment.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-moving environment
• Availability to work variable hours, including early mornings (starting as early as 3AM) and weekends
• Must pass applicable background checks
• A valid state-issued driver's license is preferred, required only at specific locations, and driving qualifications must meet company policy
