Role Overview

This critical role involves ensuring customers easily locate desired products and leave the store fulfilled. As an Availability Manager, your duties encompass overseeing presentation, stocking, merchandising, and recovery tasks, done during off-peak hours to minimize disruption to customers.

You will operate under tight deadlines to guarantee the store remains well stocked and visually appealing. Strong leadership will be essential to managing these aspects effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire the Nightfill team to uphold high merchandising standards.
• Ensure adherence to planograms and display instructions to maintain an attractive store environment.
• Create and maintain a safe and encouraging workplace for all team members.
• Monitor store appearance continuously and coordinate restocking and recovery efforts promptly.

Qualifications and Experience

We seek a candidate possessing strong leadership capabilities, a proactive approach, and excellent communication skills. Experience in retail settings—especially in stock management, merchandising, recovery, and presentation—is highly beneficial. Practical hands-on involvement and a readiness to take initiatives is crucial for success in this role.
