About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Automotive Service Advisor to become a vital part of our team in Al Qassim, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will bring prior experience in a similar role and possess strong communication and coordination abilities to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced workshop environment.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or a related position in automotive workshop or maintenance settings.
- Demonstrated capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while working under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with technicians, supervisors, and other departments.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving aptitude.
- Basic technical understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
- Proficiency with computers and familiarity with workshop or job order management systems.
- Experience working with trucks or heavy vehicles will be considered an advantage.
- Willingness to work in Al Qassim, Saudi Arabia.
