Job Summary

We are looking for a proficient Automation Specialist to join our team, working remotely or onsite (preferred location Karachi, Shahre Faisal). The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years' experience with GoHighLevel or as a Full Stack Developer, focused on designing, managing, and refining automation workflows within the GoHighLevel platform. Your role will be crucial in enhancing business processes and improving customer engagement through scalable automation solutions.

Key Duties

Create and maintain complex automations and workflows in GoHighLevel.
Manage CRM pipelines including triggers, campaigns, forms, surveys, calendars, and reporting dashboards.
Develop custom integrations using APIs, webhooks, and third-party software.
Identify and solve issues related to automation and platform integrations.
Work collaboratively with marketing, sales, and operations to optimize procedures and improve efficiency.
Oversee lead nurturing, appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and customer communication automations.
Ensure precision in data management and system performance.
Document all processes, workflows, and technical work for reference and quality control.

Required Experience and Skills

Advanced expertise in GoHighLevel platform.
Proven background in complex automation, workflow creation, and integrations development.
Strong skills in problem solving and software development.
Familiarity with API usage, webhooks, and automation platforms like Zapier, Make.com, or Pabbly.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and backend development concepts considered advantageous.
Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
