Role Overview
We are seeking experienced, certified Audi Technicians to join our North Dublin team to support our 2026 expansion objectives. Candidates should possess a clean, full Irish or EU driving license and be eligible for full-time employment within the EU.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Utilize diagnostic tools systematically to identify and resolve vehicle faults efficiently.
- Engage directly with customers to pinpoint and understand issues as needed.
- Stay updated on the latest vehicle technologies and apply this knowledge to diagnose and fix problems.
- Deliver repairs and servicing that comply rigorously with Audi's standards and specifications.
- Maintain a safe working environment for self and team members.
- Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors when handling tasks beyond standard assignments.
- Verify work quality through diagnostic checks and vehicle road testing post-repair.
- Communicate effectively with Service Advisors to coordinate work.
- Complete all service paperwork—job sheets, pre-delivery inspections, service reports—in alignment with Warranty, Health & Safety, and Audi Dealer protocols.
- Maintain workshop cleanliness and proper use and care of special and personal tools.
- Work harmoniously with workshop and dealership teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences and share best practices.
