Associate, Strategy & Analytics Support

Position summary

This role is for someone who enjoys turning data into clear insights and visually strong presentations. You will partner with the Real Estate Services (RES) leadership group and help advance strategic priorities and business goals.

What you will do

• Collect, cleanse, combine, and interpret data to build reports, dashboards, and insights that inform real estate strategy and decisions.
• Prepare polished PowerPoint decks, leadership updates, summit materials, and tailored outputs aligned to business requirements.
• Help run routine processes by keeping SOPs current, maintaining project records and team documentation, managing team-site content, and following recurring deliverables.
• Carry out research and work with cross-functional partners such as Information Technology and Talent to gather inputs, improve data accuracy, and support strategic work.
• Leverage approved enterprise AI and automation tools, including Generative AI and Power Automate, to make research, reporting, documentation, workflow execution, and quality verification more efficient.

Team and location

You will join Deloitte’s Real Estate team, a collaborative, cross-functional group that values teamwork, innovation, integrity, and strong client service. The position is based in Hyderabad, with working hours from 2 PM to 11 PM.

Required qualifications

• A business degree or postgraduate degree is required.
• Between 3 and 7 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, analytics, strategy support, or business operations.
• Prior experience working with a U.S.-based company.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Ability to work with large datasets for cleansing, synthesis, reporting, and decision support.
• Practical experience using Power Automate to create, build, and manage automated workflows.
• Experience using enterprise-approved Generative AI tools for research, summarization, presentation building, insight generation, or task automation.

Preferred background

• Exposure to corporate real estate, portfolio strategy, workplace, or facilities-related work is an advantage.
• Experience creating executive presentations, leadership summit materials, or customized business deliverables is preferred.
• Experience maintaining SOPs, process documentation, or team-site content is useful.
• Knowledge of Visual Basic for Applications, Python, or Java is preferred.
• Experience designing AI-assisted workflows, agents, or multi-step automation solutions is a plus.
• Understanding of responsible AI practices such as validating outputs, protecting confidentiality, and using enterprise tools appropriately is desirable.
