- Design and implement scalable, standardized workflows, processes, operating rhythms, and system interactions ensuring operational efficiency, consistency, and control.
- Create and maintain standardized frameworks for contracting and operational workflows in line with MAI priorities across pricing, reimbursement, and access domains.
- Champion training, enablement initiatives, and capability development programs to sustain team performance and integration with business unit aligned MAI teams.
- Ensure seamless coordination with MAI portfolios and DHH capabilities to support pricing, contracting, and access initiatives effectively.
Qualifications & Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Healthcare is required; advanced degrees such as MBA, PharmD, or PhD are preferred.
- A minimum of 8 years' relevant experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors in areas including market access, pricing, advanced analytics, market research, strategic planning, or marketing.
- At least 4 years of leadership experience managing dynamic and high-performing teams.
- Strong background in transformation and change management, with an understanding of payer landscapes, pricing, reimbursement, and contract execution workflows.
- Proven expertise in contracting operations, pricing strategy support, or commercial/access operations and experience building or scaling operational teams with defined structure and governance.
- Familiarity with data management, reporting systems, and analytics platforms that support access, contracting, or commercial operations.
- Deep therapeutic knowledge especially in Oncology, Rare Diseases, Vaccines, and Pharma, including strategic perspectives on launch and pipeline products.
- Ability to translate franchise business strategies into digital, data-driven insight solutions and collaborate effectively with enterprise digital/data functions.
