Associate Business Analyst - Business Analysis

Overview

This role focuses on comprehensive business analysis encompassing requirements gathering, solution design documentation, and test scenario execution. Additionally, the associate will engage in change and implementation management activities across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements, document solution designs, execute test scenarios, and handle various change and implementation management duties.
• Simultaneously contribute to multiple projects and programs as needed.
• Support the entire change management lifecycle, from early planning and audience analysis through delivery of change interventions like communications, training, and organizational alignment, followed by tracking of outcomes.
• Manage change readiness, adoption, and feedback actions; oversee implementation management by planning, controlling, and reporting on deployment to accelerate benefits and minimize risks, including readiness for pilots.
• Provide leadership by managing and mentoring junior team members within projects and programs as part of the Global Transformation management team.
• Collaborate closely with internal clients to ensure smooth data analysis, migration, and process change, maintaining clear expectation management.
• Apply strong data handling controls and assess operational risks in collaboration with delivery managers during analysis, planning, and execution phases.
• Strictly adhere to compliance and operational risk controls aligned with bank and regulatory requirements; report any control weaknesses, compliance violations, or operational risk issues.
• Carry out thorough due diligence to protect customers and maintain business operations integrity.
• Maintain RAID logs documenting risks, issues, and dependencies for assigned projects, ensuring effective communication with program and PMO teams.

• Possess strong expertise as a Data and Business Analyst with a solid banking domain understanding.

• Demonstrate hands-on experience in data and analytics, understanding emerging technologies, methodologies, and tools.
• Experienced in technical product development and delivery with various technologies, capable of articulating approaches used.
• Understand and apply project and portfolio management principles.
• Exhibit strong communication skills with stakeholders at all levels, including conflict resolution and team leadership.
• Present confidently to senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Familiar with agile project environments and their application, including a clear grasp of DevOps integration within agile processes.
