Key Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in driving daily sales goals and profit targets.
• Maintain high standards for individual and team performance to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Conduct training and evaluations to develop the skills and product knowledge of team members.
• Assist in recruiting and selecting new team members to build a strong workforce.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and operational procedures.
• Contribute to both strategic and operational store functions to support overall success.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum one year experience in retail, preferably in jewelry or specialty retail sectors.
• Proficient in operating point-of-sale terminals, scanners, and basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to comprehend and execute instructions presented in various formats, including written, oral, diagrams, and schedules.
• Flexible availability to work day, night, and weekend shifts.
