You'll balance operational management with on-floor leadership, shaping a culture based on accountability and team development alongside the Store Manager. You will coach and support Key Leads and Sales Associates to achieve team success and maintain high standards of customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead store performance by managing key sales strategies such as clienteling and optimizing floor presence during peak times.

  • Maintain an energetic and action-oriented atmosphere during busy periods to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Conduct impactful team meetings, training sessions, and coaching to ensure alignment on sales performance, customer service, and operational standards.
  • Drive a customer-first culture that fosters trust, comfort, and loyalty, boosting repeat business and brand engagement.
  • Maintain operational excellence via inventory management, shipment handling, and loss prevention with strong team accountability.
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding, alongside developing clear growth pathways for sales personnel.
  • Implement company initiatives and marketing activities, including in-store events, visual merchandising, and new store or popup support with precision.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven senior retail leadership experience within premium, fashion, or upscale brands, combining strong people management with business insight to drive results.
  • Capability to lead dynamic teams while adapting strategies to evolving business needs and maintaining motivation and performance.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with sound decision-making and agility to lead through change confidently.
  • A commitment to people-first leadership, focused on developing others and fostering understanding of KPIs and performance impacts.
  • Deep knowledge of store operations including merchandising, labor management, planning, and issue resolution to ensure smooth execution.
  • Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and adept at using systems and data to support training, initiatives, and consistent store success.

Candidate Requirements

  • Must hold legal work authorization in Canada and be at least 18 years old.
  • Physical capability to lift and handle items up to 25 lbs and to be mobile throughout long shifts as needed.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet business demands.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary range from $54,000 to $60,000 annually, with base pay plus monthly bonuses and performance-related pay increases.
