Assistant Store Manager (m/w/d)

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated Assistant Store Manager for our PULL&BEAR store located in Leipzig - Höfe am Brühl. This is a full-time, permanent position where you will turn strategy into tangible daily outcomes within the store, connecting people, performance, and processes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop your team members, ensuring that commercial goals are actively pursued and achieved each day. You will work closely with the Store Manager to make decisions, prioritize tasks, and progressively advance store performance. You are accountable for maintaining balanced focus on sales, customer service, and store atmosphere, making your influence visible across team, sales floor, and metrics.

Qualifications

You understand that effective leadership provides direction and motivation that drives success. Managing revenue, service quality, and team morale with equal attention is central to your approach. You are eager to contribute in partnership with the Store Manager for continual store growth and impact.
