Adairs Retail Group is looking for an Assistant Manager to help lead a store in Albany, Western Australia. This position is part of the launch of a new location and is suited to someone who enjoys retail leadership, team development, and delivering a strong in-store customer experience.

What you will do

• Take an active leadership role on the shop floor and support the day-to-day running of the store.
• Help lift sales results, store performance, and team involvement.
• Guide, coach, and develop team members.
• Ensure customers receive a high-quality and memorable service experience.
• Maintain strong visual merchandising standards throughout the store.

What we are looking for

• Previous experience in retail leadership or a supervisory position.
• Strong interest in sales and customer experience.
• A practical, hands-on leadership approach with solid coaching ability.
• An eye for detail and an interest in home styling.
