Job Overview

POSCO Maharashtra Steel Pvt. Ltd is seeking a skilled Architect to join their team in Raigad, India. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive expertise in architectural concepts, building codes, and construction methods, supported by proficiency in industry-standard software applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply in-depth knowledge of architectural principles, building regulations, and construction techniques to develop compliant designs.
• Utilize software tools such as CAD and BIM for creating precise architectural plans and models.
• Devise innovative and functional design solutions that balance aesthetics and practicality.
• Diagnose and resolve design and technical issues that arise during project development.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and collaborators to ensure alignment of project vision and expectations.
• Oversee and coordinate multiple project elements to meet established timelines and goals.

Requirements

• Educational qualification of B.Arch in any specialization.
• Strong command of architectural design principles and construction methods.
• Proficiency in CAD, BIM, and other relevant architectural software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills for client and team interaction.
• Experience in managing architectural projects from concept through completion.

Compensation

The salary range offered for this role is between INR 400,000 and INR 1,300,000 annually.
