Role overview
Booked-Flow is growing its backend operations function because it is seeing a large volume of premium B2B clients for an upcoming mid-month intake. The team is seeking a fluent English communicator to work as a high-ticket appointment setter and growth specialist.
The position focuses on handling valuable conversations and turning inbound and outbound lead flow into stronger booking and conversion outcomes for high-ticket coaches, consultants, and B2B founders.
Key responsibilities
- Run outbound outreach using a human-led approach and structured conversation methods, without relying on AI spam.
- Keep messaging confident, polished, and authoritative when speaking with CEOs and premium brand owners.
- Track, review, and maintain high-volume pipeline spreadsheets and internal CRM records.
- Work closely with the executive team to improve weekly booking performance and pass over calendar links smoothly.
Compensation and benefits
The role offers a yearly base salary of USD 30,000 to 45,000, depending on performance and experience. In addition, there is a strong commission component with a high percentage cut on each premium retainer closed by the operations team. The position is fully remote and part of a fast-moving executive environment.
Requirements
- Native-level or bilingual English fluency with excellent written communication ability.
- Solid understanding of high-ticket B2B sales processes and confident conversational positioning.
- Strong organizational habits and the ability to manage detailed tracking sheets and daily metrics.
