About the Role

Alt M Digital Private Limited is seeking a highly skilled, technically adept AI Video Creator and Editor to enhance our creative production processes by utilizing cutting-edge generative AI and automation technologies. This position focuses on generating dynamic, performance-driven videos primarily for real estate marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop elaborate cinematic text-to-video and image-to-video prompts to produce hyper-realistic, brand-aligned visuals such as architectural walkthroughs, lifestyle scenes, and futuristic environments.
• Ensure visual consistency in characters, settings, and overall style across multiple AI-generated video segments to create a unified final product.
• Translate marketing materials and scripts into structured programmatic sequences for scene generation.
• Create high-quality synthetic audio elements, including AI-generated voiceovers, sound effects, and background music that sync seamlessly with visual content.
• Employ AI upscaling and enhancement techniques to deliver sharp, professional-grade, high-resolution video output.

Candidate Profile

• Proven expertise in generating entire videos exclusively via AI tools, beyond conventional editing or use of stock footage.
• Strong knowledge of traditional cinematography principles such as lighting, framing, camera movements, and color theory, to effectively guide AI-generated outputs.
• Skilled in advanced prompt engineering strategies, including managing seed numbers, camera parameters, negative prompts, and style references for controlled visual outcomes across multiple AI models.
• Awareness of direct-response marketing techniques to design AI visuals that engage viewers within the first two seconds and maintain attention with compelling pacing.
