Role Overview
This role involves leading large-scale AI transformation projects across enterprises in the United States, where you will collaborate with senior executives to leverage AI technologies for tangible business results. You will act as a trusted advisor, connecting client business objectives with delivery teams to ensure impactful AI adoption and sustained value creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the strategic lead for clients, managing relationships, ensuring successful engagement outcomes, and aligning delivery with customer goals.
- Collaborate with executive-level stakeholders to develop AI transformation strategies that align with company priorities, operational needs, and measurable KPIs.
- Create and prioritize actionable AI roadmaps based on business value and readiness for change.
- Lead steering committees with senior leadership to foster alignment, guide decision-making, monitor progress, and maintain accountability.
- Coordinate cross-functional internal teams including AI specialists and implementation staff to keep projects on track and aligned with client expectations.
- Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, track responsibilities, resolve obstacles, and sustain clear communication with stakeholders.
- Develop return on investment frameworks and produce executive reports that demonstrate the business impact of AI initiatives.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth, build business cases, and contribute to revenue generation.
- Establish long-term trusted partnerships by advocating for client needs and sharing success stories.
- Relay client feedback internally to improve AI solutions, adoption strategies, training, and delivery methodology.
Qualifications
- At least 8 years of experience in strategic account management, consulting, professional services, enterprise transformation, or similar leadership roles involving client engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to manage senior executive relationships and act as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders.
- Proven success in meeting revenue goals in quota-driven roles, including identifying and closing growth opportunities.
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Strong aptitude for understanding diverse business models, financial drivers, operational challenges, and priorities to provide insightful recommendations.
- Excellent executive-level communication skills with ability to present data-driven insights, influence decisions, and foster alignment.
- Practical knowledge of AI technologies — their capabilities, limits, and business applications — gained through personal or professional experience.
- Preferred experience advising on AI strategies, transformation roadmaps, adoption, or implementations.
