AI Engineer - Airline Domain

Role Overview

HTC Global Services is seeking an AI Engineer for a 1-year contract that can be extended, based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This is an on-site position focused on building production-ready AI and LLM solutions for enterprise use.

HTC Global Services is a long-standing global technology and business process services company, established in 1990 and headquartered in Troy, Michigan, USA. It is described as a CMM Level 5 organization delivering innovative IT and business process services and solutions.

Core Work

• Develop and support large language model-driven enterprise applications that run in live production environments.
• Build MCP tools with Python, FastAPI, or comparable frameworks.
• Operate and enhance multiple MCP services and LLM integrations.
• Create Angular-based conversational interfaces with live updates.
• Design architectures that can handle high traffic and strong concurrency.
• Add monitoring, logging, and tracing across AI workflows.
• Improve latency, cost efficiency, and response quality on an ongoing basis.
• Implement and support multi-agent systems with shared context and orchestration.
• Enable streaming AI responses through WebSocket communication.
• Use Redis for caching, session handling, and conversation memory.
• Maintain scalable services for conversation state, workflow execution, and memory management.
• Work with API contracts and schema-first development approaches.
• Apply prompt engineering, structured outputs, and tool-calling methods while accounting for model limitations and failure cases.
• Use agent orchestration methods such as role-based agents, task decomposition, coordination, and fallback handling.

Technical Environment

• Frontend: Angular or React, RxJS, reactive programming, and real-time UI updates with WebSockets.
• Backend: Python, FastAPI or other async services, and API/middleware development.
• AI Platform: LLM integrations, tool calling, MCP/FastMCP, LangChain, LangGraph, and multi-agent architectures.
• Infrastructure: Distributed systems, scalability concepts, WebSockets, event-driven systems, and Redis for caching/session/memory.
• Data: Cosmos DB, MongoDB, and vector databases such as Pinecone or similar.
• Cloud and DevOps: Azure, Azure AI Foundry, Azure GitHub workflows, pull requests, branching, and CI/CD pipelines.
