Agile / Project Manager

Overview

We are actively hiring a seasoned Agile / Project Manager to oversee cross-functional teams, driving the planning, execution, and delivery of diverse projects. This role involves managing timelines, budgets, resources, and communications with stakeholders, while fostering Agile best practices to ensure project success and ongoing enhancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct projects from initiation to final delivery.
• Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Establish project scope, goals, timelines, and key deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-departmental teams to meet project milestones efficiently.
• Track project progress, identify risks, resolve issues, and manage dependencies.
• Oversee budget management, scheduling, and allocation of resources.
• Provide regular updates and strategic advice to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Champion Agile transformation and advocate for continuous process improvements.
• Ensure alignment of projects with broader business objectives and priorities.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, reporting, and governance compliance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in roles encompassing project management, Agile delivery, or Scrum Master responsibilities.
• Strong command of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban alongside conventional project management approaches.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Familiarity with project management software including Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
• Excellent leadership qualities paired with effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving aptitude, and organizational capability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing technology-driven projects including software development, digital transformation, or business process initiatives.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or SAFe.
• Knowledge of financial aspects like budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
• Experience with risk and change management techniques.
• Familiarity with business analysis and continuous process improvement methods.
